No Refunds – Exchange or Store Credit Only
All purchases made with Bromista Clothing are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.
However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We will gladly accept returns within 7 days of:

Receiving your order by mail, or

Being notified that your order is ready for local pick-up
Returned items that meet our policy guidelines will be issued store credit or exchanged, subject to availability.
Final Sale Items
Please note the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, including for store credit:

All sale or discounted items

Items purchased using promo or discount codes

Dresses
Once purchased, these items are considered final sale.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Original tags must be attached

Items must be unworn

Free from tears, stains, odors, or damage of any kind

Returned items are inspected before approval
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Local Pick-Up Orders
Orders placed for local pick-up will be held for up to 7 days.
If not picked up within this timeframe, the order becomes a final sale and is no longer eligible for exchange or store credit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible for store credit.

Please email us immediately with your order details and photos (if applicable).
How to Return Your Item
Once you’re ready to return your item:

Mail your item back to the return address listed on your package or drop it off at the designated pick-up location.

Include the original invoice or a note with your order number and name inside the package.

Use any shipping carrier of your choice and purchase a return label.
Important:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
