Orders
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on our Order Tracking page or the carrier's website. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be modified. Contact us immediately at bromistaenterprisellc@gmail.com if you need to make a change.
We're sorry about that! Email us at bromistaenterprisellc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll send the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice.
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations. Check your email for multiple tracking numbers. If an item is still missing after all packages arrive, contact us within 7 days.
Enter your discount code in the Discount field at checkout before completing payment. Only one code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout based on your location.
Yes — we ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
First, check with neighbors or building management — packages are sometimes left in unexpected places. If you still can't locate it after 3 business days, email us at bromistaenterprisellc@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 07 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Sale items, swimwear, and lingerie are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Email bromistaenterprisellc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return (1–3 business days), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's processed.
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size — this ensures you secure your new size before it sells out.
Sizing & Fit
Check our full Size Guide for detailed measurements across all categories — tops, bottoms, dresses, swimwear, and shoes. We also have a "Find My Size" tool that recommends your size based on your bust, waist, and hip measurements.
Most of our styles run true to size. Bodycon and fitted styles have stretch so they're forgiving — but if you're between sizes or have fuller hips, we recommend sizing up. Always check the size chart on each product page for specific guidance.
Yes! We carry sizes XS through 2XL (US 0–22) across most of our styles. Look for the size selector on each product page to confirm available sizes for that specific item.

Absolutely. Our store is built on Shopify, which uses SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card details — all transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways.
All prices are displayed in USD. Your bank or payment provider will automatically convert to your local currency at the current exchange rate. Any conversion fees are charged by your bank, not by us.
Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments — split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Available at checkout for eligible orders. Simply select Shop Pay and choose the installments option.
Products
Popular styles often get restocked! Click the "Notify Me" button on any sold-out product page to get an email the moment it's back. We recommend acting fast — restocks sell out quickly.
We photograph products in accurate lighting, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen brightness and calibration. If you're unsure, check the product description for color notes or email us for more details.
To keep your pieces looking their best: cold wash on gentle cycle (or hand wash), no tumble dryer — hang or lay flat to dry, low iron only, and use delicate detergent for lace, mesh, and embellished styles. Always check the care label on the garment.
